Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team, working closely with the Marketing Head and internal marketing, creative, and production teams across the group.

As part of our in-house agency, the Social Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring strong brand consistency, engagement, and performance-driven content across all digital channels. The role focuses on translating marketing objectives into clear social media plans, managing content direction and publishing activity, and ensuring seamless execution across platforms. This person will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, driving audience growth, and ensuring all social media activity delivers measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies for assigned brands.
• Oversee day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Lead content planning, including monthly calendars and campaign integration.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop engaging content (visuals, copy, and video).
• Manage publishing schedules and ensure consistent brand presence.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and KPIs.
• Engage with audiences and manage community interactions where required.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into effective social media campaigns.
• Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and strategic direction.
• Support campaign ideation and integrate social-first thinking into broader marketing plans.
