Strategic Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a Strategic Senior Account Manager to join our team, working closely with the Marketing Head as a strategic partner to internal business units across the group.
As part of our in-house agency, the Strategic Senior Account Manager will lead marketing direction, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure the delivery of commercially driven, high-impact campaigns. The role focuses on translating business objectives into clear marketing strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution across all channels. This person will play a key role in driving performance, strengthening collaboration between departments, and ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic account management for internal partners within the group.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into clear, insight-driven marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling services.
Collaborate closely with creative, media, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Oversee project execution from briefing through to final delivery.
• Drive alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.
• Lead presentations, strategic discussions, and planning sessions.
• Review and approve key deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Drive collaboration across teams, including production.
- Strong background in agency account management or marketing strategy.
- Proven ability to think strategically and link marketing to business outcomes.
- Experience working with production and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities (upsell / cross-sell).
- Digitally savvy with a solid understanding of modern marketing channels.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
