Lead Graphic Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of branding, marketing, advertising, and digital communication materials across multiple brands and subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative vision with hands-on design expertise, ensuring all visual outputs align with brand strategy, creative direction, and production standards.
The Lead Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and production department to transform concepts into compelling visual assets across digital, print, social media, corporate communication, and campaign executions.

Job Responsibilities:
Creative & Design Execution
. Lead the development and execution of creative visual concepts across multiple projects and campaigns.
. Design high-quality branding, marketing, advertising, and corporate communication materials.
. Produce digital and print-ready artwork for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and internal communications.
. Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and visual excellence.
Creative Leadership
. Translate creative direction into strong visual executions.
. Support and guide junior designers and creative team members.
. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Head of Production on campaign development and visual storytelling.
. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.
Production & Technical Design
. Prepare final production-ready files for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
. Ensure proper formatting, resolution, and technical accuracy for all deliverables.
. Coordinate with production teams, printers, developers, and external vendors when required.
Maintain organized project files and design asset libraries.
Brand & Quality Control
. Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and creative standards.
. Review and refine artwork before final release.
. Maintain attention to detail and consistency across all touchpoints.

Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (Preferred).
- Strong understanding of Typography, Layout design, Branding systems, Color theory, Print production, Digital content design.
- Experience designing for Social media, Marketing campaigns, Corporate branding, Web and digital platforms, Presentations and pitch materials.
