Oversee the post-production process, transforming raw footage into polished, high-impact visual content.
This role leads editing workflows, ensures narrative quality, and maintains technical and creative standards across all video deliverables while collaborating with producers, directors, and creative leads.

Responsibilities:
. Edit long-form and short-form video content.
. Lead post-production workflows.
. Color correction, sound design, and finishing.
. Manage project timelines and delivery schedules.
. Direct junior editors when applicable.
. Maintain archive and file management systems.

Requirements:
- Advanced editing software mastery (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.).
- Strong storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of codecs, formats, and delivery specs.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Attention to details.
