We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, working closely with the Marketing, Account departments, and internal business units across the group.

As part of the in-house agency, the Digital Performance Marketing Manager supports both the marketing and account teams in delivering high-performing digital campaigns. The role is responsible for driving paid media performance and supporting SEO execution to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes across internal brands. It focuses on managing and optimizing digital activity across paid channels, improving search visibility, and ensuring all work is aligned with broader marketing and business objectives. This person will play a key role in analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously improving ROI across all digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support Account Managers and Directors with performance insights for campaign planning.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO strategy across internal brands.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements in collaboration with content and web teams.
• Work closely with Account Managers to align paid media with overall campaign direction.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure performance-driven execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency between paid media activity and organic search strategy.
